You save every monthR20,000
3-month commitmentR90,000

Excludes media spend. Your Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets are paid direct to the platforms - this retainer is management fee only. October prep is on us.

Blogs are a complimentary add-on. Two blog posts in Month 2 and two in Month 3, written and published - a service we normally charge for separately. Should you want blogging to continue beyond the roadmap, it is available as a paid add-on.

Meta creative design is probono for the three months. Our in-house designer will produce statics and carousels for Meta Ads, designed to your brand guidelines - a great low-hanging fruit and a service we normally charge for separately. This is included at no cost across the roadmap; should you want us to keep designing creative beyond Month 3, it is available as a paid add-on.

Why all three, together

They only work as a system. SEO is the long game - it takes time to gain momentum, but we have identified quick wins that will set us up faster than expected, and then we build on that momentum. Google Ads and Meta Ads have major low-hanging fruit right now. Meta is where we are audience-driven: building awareness and brand knowledge, capturing the people looking at Old School and Springbok Retail. Google Ads is where demand already exists - we come up the moment that demand is needed. Pull one out and the funnel breaks.

Quick wins we have already mapped

GMC

Google Merchant Center

You do not have one yet. Setting it up unlocks Shopping and Performance Max properly - a fast, visible win.

Shopping

Shopping campaigns

Once Merchant Center is live, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns can be built out quickly to take demand back from the retailers.

Technical

Website technical SEO

Headings are out of order, missing meta descriptions and other technical gaps across the site - quite urgent to fix in order to perform properly.

Fixtures

Springbok fixtures page

Springbok rugby fixtures pulls 201,000 searches a month. A fixtures page on the shop captures that demand and shows fans where the official store is.

Mock-up

Homepage mock-up

A redesign of key homepage elements to make the journey more customer-focused and easier to manage. See the full mock-up above.

Implement

FAQ mock-up + implementation

A cleaner help centre mock-up - and we implement it for you, not just design it.

Free blog posts

The blog posts we will write

Two posts a month, keyword-driven but written for humans - not stuffed, not robotic. A blog is how you capture demand you do not yet have: every post ranks for a real search (“Springbok jersey size guide”, “best rugby gifts under R500”), pulls fans into the shop from Google and the new AI answers, and feeds the demand we are creating on Meta back into content they can actually find. None of your competitors are doing this - so we take the space now, and it compounds for free over time.

Just some redesign ideas for a cleaner customer journey on two of the most important pages - the homepage and the FAQ section. These are not exact replicas; we will see exactly what is possible once we have access to the site. Definitely low-hanging fruit.

Homepage mock-up

Cleaner journey, prouder centred logo, boxed carousels and centred headings.

FAQ mock-up

Accordion drop-downs and topic-based sidebar navigation so fans find answers fast.

Month 1 - the creative we would run

Concept creative, not live work. Three Meta formats to build the funnel top-to-bottom, plus the Google Shopping and Search campaigns that do not exist yet - so the demand we create on Meta has somewhere to land.

Meta Ads
Bestseller reel
Bestseller reelTop-of-funnel. No "shop now", no price, no ask - just the range and the bestsellers, building familiarity with the official shop before a fan ever searches.
Customer reel
Customer reelSpeaking straight to the fan. Real people in the kit, leaning into premium quality - it builds trust and justifies price before anyone hits the site.
Leisurewear static
Leisurewear staticMid-funnel education. The kit is for every day, not just match day - turning aware fans into considering buyers with a cleaner, lifestyle-led frame.
Google Ads
SA Rugby Shop · Google Shopping campaign
Google Shopping campaign
Google Shopping campaignYou do not have Merchant Center yet. The moment it is live, Shopping surfaces your real products with prices right where fans are searching - taking demand back from the retailers.
SA Rugby Shop · Google Search campaign
Google Search campaign
Google Search campaignNon-brand search like "springbok jersey" puts the official shop at the top the instant demand fires - feeding the awareness we create on Meta straight into a click.

These are designed concepts to show direction. Once we have access, we build them properly with your product photography, real rugby talent where approved, and the brand guidelines.

Every single month

Full service, not a trimmed one

You pay less, but you get everything - the same audit depth, the same campaign build, the same optimisation and creative work we give full-fee clients. The discount is on price, not on the work.

Results review & reporting

Every month closes with a full report: what ranked, what converted, what we spent, what changed. We walk you through it and explain every decision in plain language.

One team with your team

We share performance data with your ecommerce and content teams weekly. SEO learnings feed merchandising and content, wins get scaled, and you are never left wondering what we did.

End of January

The checkpoint

At the end of Month 3 we sit down, look at the numbers together, and decide what comes next. If you are happy - and we are confident you will be - we move into normal pricing as a long-term partner. No lock-in tricks, no surprise steps. Three months of proof, then a partnership built on results, not promises.

Three months. One team. Numbers that move.

Let's get it going
